1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SAMIVO website and your purchase of products from Samira Enterprise Limited ("SAMIVO", "we", "our", "us"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of an ordered product, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel.
3. Ordering
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your offer. Your order is accepted when we dispatch the goods and send a dispatch confirmation.
4. Payment
Payment is required at the time of ordering. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimated and may vary. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title in the goods passes upon receipt of full payment.
6. Returns
You have the right to cancel any order within 14 days of receipt (statutory cooling-off period), and we offer an extended 30-day returns policy. See our Returns Policy for full details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Samira Enterprise Limited and is protected by copyright law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SAMIVO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
