Free Delivery
We offer FREE standard delivery on all UK orders over £30.
Delivery Methods & Timeframes
Standard Delivery (2-4 business days): £3.99 or FREE on orders over £30. Express Delivery (next business day if ordered before 2pm): £6.99. Named Day Delivery (choose your delivery date): £8.99.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or international addresses at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel on the carrier's website or through your SAMIVO account.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will typically leave a card and attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local depot. If a parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
