30-Day Returns Guarantee
We want you to be completely happy with your SAMIVO purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, return it within 30 days for a full refund â no questions asked.
Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. Items that have been damaged, used, or modified may not be eligible for a full refund.
How to Return
1. Log into your account and navigate to My Orders. 2. Select the order and item you wish to return. 3. Choose your reason for return and submit. 4. We will email you a prepaid return label within 1 business day. 5. Pack the item securely and drop it at any Royal Mail post office.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 2-3 business days), we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and we will cover all return postage costs.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty: downloadable software, personalised or custom-made products, and items where the hygiene seal has been broken (e.g. earphones).
